Love is in air ! Life is too short to do anything, but learn to love your body, your skin and your soul.

Everybody knows, about beauty industry, that hits out a big business. The fact is beauty creams, lotions, serums including Botox and cosmetic surgery is estimated at nearly $ 60 billion annually.

But I am not just saying to take care of your skin by using special glycerin soaps, face-wash made for dry skin, oily skin, for specially cleaning pores and dirt's, for refreshing and recommended by dermatologist etc. Vitamins to swallow, fruit facials kits, bleaching cream with olive oil, serums for anti-ageing, anti-wrinkles, skin whitening, giving extra-shine etc.

Does skin care product really works ? Most people doesn't agree with this.

We all know we should eat healthy, exercise regularly, sleep well, drink plenty of water and boost your skin by nourishing from inside.

Unhealthy life style factors affect your skin.

Alcohol & smoking - both are harmful for your health. When you intake Alcohol it reduces essential nutrients and dehydrates your skin making it dull and tired.
The nicotine in cigarettes reduces iron absorption and lips loses it's natural color.
Sleep - One must have 7-8 hours to sleep. Sleepless nights cause the body to release cortisol, increasing dryness and inflammation says Amy Chrysler. M.D.

Diet :-

If you want to change your skin condition, the right diet can be valuable support.
A healthy and glowing skin reflects how healthy you are inside. So do not waste money on creams, serums and radiant.

Boost your skin with mother nature's key ingredients. Switch on to eat healthy, fresh and natural food.

1. Carrots, Potatoes, Pumpkin :--

Beta carotene is found in this vegetables, is converted into vitamin A, an essential vitamin. Pumpkin have all antioxidants, vitamin (A and C) and are rich in zinc, which helps to create new skin cells and regulate the out look of open pores. Very less people know that pumpkin seeds brighten your complexion, all you have to do is eat a handful of this seeds.

2. Papaya, Spinach, Broccoli, Kale, citrus fruits, many other green vegetables, Egg yolks :--

1) practice kind self-talk :-

Sit in front of your mirror, observe your face, your eyes, then start  communication with your eyes either mentally, silently or aloud.

2) Ask questions that causes pain to you.

3) Forgive yourself for past mistakes.
Don't dwell on that point, healing takes some time, but there is no healing if you don't forgive yourself.

4) You want to be perfect in everything.
You give out your best performance in every field still you cannot achieve success in almost everything and that fine.

5)We all are not perfect.

6) The way you talk to yourself creates your reality. 

7) Listen, enjoy and feel your favorite music, songs, videos or movies.
